If for any reason you are unhappy with the product a full refund will be given excluding the cost of postage. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure goods are packaged (in their original Packaging if possible) and reaches us in a re-saleable condition. Unfortunately all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the rug and are happy it has been returned in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund on the purchase price, minus our delivery costs
In the unlikely event that the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged / defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it.
Customers must inform us in writing (by email) of their intention to return goods within 14 days from the day the order is delivered. As a guideline, an average size rug can be returned via a door to door courier for approximately £8 (eg. MyHermes, Parcelforce, Parcel2go)
