Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay
for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you.
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct
at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is
a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour
caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket
have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details
are automatically encrypted when you enter them. If we have already packed your order and made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it, we can't always stop the order from being delivered. |
